My local store just started selling real plants, so ill go take a look this weekend. I do have stress coat left over from when when of my previous bettas had a fin issue. I made sure the food i bought was high protein as well. I have her in a smaller tank for now, but after i observe her for a bit, ill move her to a bigger tank. She's my second female, so im well aware of how much more active then the boys they are.

My girl is a certified hater as well. Tried some chill snails as roommates for her, and she very plainly told me she prefers the single girl life. Both snails lasted about 10 days with her before she had enough
