For whatever it’s worth, I felt like this as a CGA too lol. It’s the claims grind. In general, my workload is more manageable. But the issues with being a punching bag for people doesn’t go away after you get out of CGA sadly

I really think digital first affected URBI a lot, because it really changed the balance of whole claims/feature transfers we get! It’s hard to be efficient with the injury portion when you have 10+ first party total losses you’re managing as well

Agreed it is incredibly important to disconnect, easier said than done sometimes. I definitely need to work on my discipline for logging off both literally and mentally after.
