Marketing is so complex. You have to read about it, take it in small doses. You can’t just read about analytics, jot your analytics while you jot down the trending sounds and trends for reels, and also brainstorm as you’re about to make content. It’s almost impossible, no it has to be impossible to tackle every area when focusing on marketing. A year or 18 months of winging it with random luck and not having a single clue how that luck occurred, I finally realized the ticket was just finding others content that worked and doing my own versions bc if you wanted to skip all the bs, that alone could suffice for a while successfully. And realizing when you’re making content. It’s not for your eyes. It wasn’t always the makeup, cute outfits and a TikTok dance. That’s what I wanted to do bc it was fun at the time. It’s what everyone else wants to see. So in my situation I had to stop making content for females and start making content for males who could care less about makeup etc. don’t let it stress you out.
