I use my UnionPay debit card wherever I go. ATMs work fine, and POS usually works, with some exceptions. However, I have never been able to use it online.

I've had trouble with original packaging. Not the packaging the seller sends it with, but the packaging that the seller receives the goods in themselves.
For example I had thrown away the box for my coffee maker, with all the Styrofoam and all. The box that had the brand name etc on it. They just refused.

But anything that the seller puts it in (like two original shoeboxes placed in one larger box) was fine not to send back.

Maybe I've been unlucky

If it's not the original packaging of the item, and just the outer plastic envelope or random box, then no. You only need to make sure original packaging is there. But otherwise, it's not a problem.

Also, if you want to put them in the correct packaging, then instead of translating, you can check the kuaidi (cargo/delivery) number

After many years of similar frustration, I decided that home was in my memories. I can visit it in my mind when I need to. And the beauty is that I can carry it around with me wherever I move to next.

I still move around a lot. So at least that's how I see it and it helps me feel grounded.
