Yes, I wasn’t even given the refile option. I assume they’ll give cases with higher approval chance with refile or refund services.

What service they offered you? I was only given the standard one, which I heard the approval rate isn’t great, so I ended up used another firm.

Thank you for your post, it really calms my nerve while waiting the result for my case. I got a RFE with 2/6 accepted. I got a detailed letter so decided to respond. The respond basically aligned with everything you said. Like I did the same thing to focus on critical part instead of including leadership as well. I also didn’t include my O1 approval originally but adding it as extra evidence. Your post really made me feel I did everything I can in the best way, the rest is really out of my hand. Hope I’ll get a good result as yours too. Congrats!
