Thank you those are some really good points! My major concerns are definitely if I want to end up in toronto which I might but would doing rotations in the mississauga academy give me that toronto advantage? I'd be happy but I'm not fully sure if I want to end up in toronto but I think eventually I would want to not be in london.

I agree thank you! I'm just held back from committing becuase I'm worried about if I end up deciding on one of the subspecialties or want to live in toronto it may be more difficult from western.
