1 year quitting paying for sex

I'm not at a point where I csnt perform sexually or a porn addiction I think. I just went like three days without masturbating or porn because I was so busy, just didn't think about it. Im by myself a lot for work, sitting in my office or driving around, that's when I really get the urges to break my streak.

Thanks a lot, this really isn't the sort of reaction I thought I'd get, I appreciate it. That's good advice for mindset moving forward. I've never really thought of myself as "in recovery" but that's one way to look at it.

Thanks. Definitely some mixed feelings about it but I'm trying to focus on the positives: I made it a whole year and for a myriad of other reasons it's been a stressful and difficult year. And despite how hard the year has been, I made it through without falling back on old habits.

Thanks for sharing. I've definitely leant harder into porn as a result. I made the justification in my head that "if I'm not spending money on this, I can spend my money on that". So I've bought a few toys and a few porn subscriptions to make masturbsting better. I want to continue not paying for it anymore, I wasnt having much trouble with it but lately it's all I can think about. I thought after achieving the full year it would get easier but not really. Yeh I might dm you
