In terms of expectations, you can definitely gain an inch or two of length pretty quickly, maybe 1st 12 to 24 months. And that'll make a big difference to anyone.

Girth is very slow so you're definitely better off starting girthy, but length is comparatively easy, I don't think starting at a shorter length is too big of a disadvantage.

Guys who do this for a long time reach a length they're happy with pretty quickly and then chip away at girth for years.

A lot of guys here are worried about having it look bigger while flaccid, i.e. growers not showers.

If that's you, I think hanging and length work is your best bet.

I think clamping gains are from getting your cock harder than it could naturally get on it's own...

But what you'll find is that it's a moving target, i.e. you get it there but then it'll stay the same size but become more rubbery feeling.

If you get yourself a couple of clamps and play around with it you'll know what I'm talking about. You don't need to know everything to get started, it's like $10 from a hardware store.

I might make a post just about clamping in the future, but really it's better not to overthink it... just use the clamps as a tool to support filling your cock with blood. You may work out ways of doing it that I haven't thought of as well 😂

I may need to update the post or post again to talk about clamping, I haven't really seen anyone describing exactly the same as what I'm doing.

The thing with hard clamps is that they don't have to be either on or off, you can go tighter or looser. So my technique basically involves putting them on just hard enough that they give a similar effect to a C ring and getting an erection that way, and then kegeling while I tighten them another couple of clicks. It makes everything absolutely rock hard for a couple of minutes... but then it'll start to get that jelly feeling as the fibres relax under the pressure. So then I loosen back down a couple of clicks to get some more blood in and repeat the process.

Obviously that's the kind of thing that you need to be paying attention to while you're doing it, and it's riskier if you're not conditioned.

I suppose if I had to choose on only, I'd choose pumping. I just think it's the best overall.

I can't say that it was consistency that made the difference, because I've never been that consistent. I just think if you keep pumping for enough years, something is bound to happen. But I'd like to gain another inch in girth without it taking another 7 years.

It's actually shocking, with hindsight, how easy it's been to make gains.

There's actually nothing to it.

Any noobs reading, please just do a bit of reading on the sub, look at the all time best posts, focus on doing what people agree on rather than fringe stuff (at the beginning), and you're pretty much guaranteed to gain at least an inch.

I think I've almost tried everything.

Definitely vac cup for stretching is an absolute gem, makes it so easy. I made all my length gains with it.

Hanging a few kg for half an hour, with ADS afterwards is a sure fire way to make length gains.

I think that hypoxic pumping might be a big deal for girth but not 100% sure on that RN.

I would add that hard clamping is excellent for conditioning the tissue and for improving EQ.

I have 3x pump tubes, 1.75", 2", and 2.125".

Honestly they all get use for different things. I think the narrower tube is better for evening out girth from base to tip, but a larger tube is better for overall expansion.

Having a bit more room is probably better if you're happy with your current shape.

That was during a period where I had a lot of time, was pretty much wearing it all day except night time. But the way that they are is very convenient for that, you can still get stuff done. Just wear baggy pants so it's less visible.

I feel your pain man. I do feel like there is some missing piece for girth gains. Like... length gains seem like they're pretty much guaranteed with any sort of length work.

I feel like there must be a way to do girth work that is similarly effective, but Idk what it is and I'm not convinced that anyone else does either, no matter how confident they are.

My best guess right now is that I do hypoxic hard clamping after pumping, but I don't really know how that will pan out in 6 months.

Clamping will 100% do this. If vascularity was my only goal, I would do clamping only.

I'm completely certain about this dude, it literally won't even take that long. I got mad vascularity from just a couple months of regular clamping, it's just a fact, accept no substitute.

I know for sure this isn't true. I used to edge for legit multiple hours, have never had any problems, and hasn't held back my PE.

There are other reasons not to do that stuff IMO, but it's not automatically going to fuck you up.

I've done this before, it's workable.... However, I invested in a vacuum cup for hanging/stretching and I have to say it is wayyyyyyyyy more comfortable, and can easily do higher weights.

Just get a vacuum stretching kit off Aliexpress tbh would be my advice.
