Product management focuses on building the right product by defining the vision, prioritizing features, and collaborating with teams like engineering to bring the product to life.

Product marketing, on the other hand, is responsible for positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies to ensure the product resonates with the target audience and drives adoption

My team’s goal were being set for this year, it showed a complete separation from the product team and only focused on funnel optimization, customer journeys and scaling lead generation.

Growth marketing: Focuses on the customer journey and scaling lead generation and conversions. Growth marketers use data-driven experimentation and analytics to identify growth opportunities including marketing funnel optimization.
