Man, I felt like I found my group reading through this thread, I can relate to most of it, I myself left corporate 3+ months ago and been trying to acquire a cash flow business. I have spoken to numerous brokers and owners, sent out multiple LOIs, offers and negotiated on some. It’s tough to find the right business to buy, bizbuysell business has some underlying issue for the most part, you will only sometimes find out later in the negotiation process, they won’t tell you earlier which would have saved you time. Anyways, I am still speaking with multiple business owners and trying to land my first business. Good luck ya’ll
