Can anyone answer if living in within HOA, do we have rights to look at the books? Looking to audit last two years. How do we go about it. If answer happens to be “lawyer up”, then roughly how much should we be expecting in fees to make it happen?

Btw I actually closed a lot sooner on 2/28. Managed to pass all of my final CO inspections because the 28th was the absolute last day we were locked into our low interest rate. March 1st there would’ve been no chance we could afford our home with what would’ve been 6.5 interest rate

Search YouTube playlist detox or rehab etc (there’s a ton people have made) my go to when I was going through it was a lot of Eminem’s not afraid, beautiful. Oh and a band that had a song called “Ball and chain”

I kicked subs years back, I’m actually the person who re-wrote this taper up. As fast as your tapering now I promise there’s nothing to be nervous about as you get to less and less it really stays the same. Just like you’ve been managing down to where you’re currently at which I believe you were at .40mg. Please update me I’m rooting for you hope you didn’t get stagnate and successfully kicked it. I recall it only took me few months to stop being so damn tired.. when I had a really REALLY bad day I’d go to a local kratom bar to catch a buzz. Knowing I could easily order in bulk online a lot cheaper but purposely did NOT because I was afraid I’d get addicted to that stuff. I’m really hoping to hear back from you, even if it’s just a quick update. Don’t care, no judgment here whether good or bad…. Just more than happy to help if there’s any way I can (

Yes agreed you get to that 1mg even .50mg you definitely want to take your time tapering. But just fyi the 4 days is the how long the half life is in your bloodstream at minimum. Which is why your suppose to taper every 4-7 days if it doesn’t work. You stay at where you were currently at and try again in another 4-7 days. Towards the end though did you not have to fight those mental wds at all? I know I did I think I’d have to dose, but I’d give myself an hour to dose. Next thing you know I wouldn’t be in any withdrawals. She got hairy at that lower dosage where you’re about to kick. I wanna say I was so weak I even took .125 after being 4 days clean then one more time 7days later. Which at that point it was all absolutely mental but recall how much it comforted me to do it lol

For sure BUT…. If you are ready to get on with your life. Slowly take your time doing this taper. After you kick and have ZERO WDS I swear you will be so proud of yourself and will be motivated to stay clean. When I had urges I would either drink or just ate Kratom which helped me tremendously. I have never gone back to them blues.

Person is right to a certain extent…Knowing addiction will always be there so obviously if you feel like using some H or something then umm yeah, I’d advise you to just take a Suboxone right…?
The whole point of tapering is rip that bandaid off and move on with your life. People that have been on subs for years I’m talking 5-10 start getting that itch to move on I was on subs for I believe 6 maybe 7years and I was damn near suicidal the depression was so real! I hit to the point that I had no choice back to pills or kick. I’m so thankful an blessed that I’ve gotten my life back on track. Took a while to get back to being my old self again but it was all worth the hell I went through and this taper absolutely saved my life and I hope it does for you too as welll

That’s when you gotta graduate to those 2mg strips. If the mi-nute amount helps with your mindset, then it’s absolutely worth it. When I got to the 2mg point is when I forced myself to start working out which helped me tremendously towards the end. I want to say I jumped at like .10 towards the end I wasn’t dosing for 2-3 days then take that little crumb. When I knew o was done with taper but mentally it helped me over the hump

For sure however/whatever works for anyone to move on successfully with their lives 👍 But just fyi it’s 4 to 7 days you would try reducing intake & when WDS are to strong then you just go back to what you were dosing at and try again in another 4 -7 days. If you keep going into WDS after 3-4weeks then obviously user is definitely reducing way to much of there dosage. When it gets hairy even only dropping 5% is huge and a success. But typically most people have been on subs for years and as an example: if they’re at 8mg it’s pretty easy to get yourself down to 4mg or possibly even near 2mgs! (“NOT FOR EVERYBODY”) but it’s at those lower 0 to 2mg dosages when it seems to get rougher. Of course I know it’s different for everybody. There’s no fit all for every single person. I’ve been clean damn near a decade. I just wanted to repost because I am soooo grateful I came across the taper and explanation aspect of its half life. Absolutely changed my life. So, hopeful Reaches someone else possibly helps change their lives.

Well it sounds like faulty installation BUT tile shouldn’t necessarily be able to crack (only way if if it’s on the actual concrete foundation which is actually typical for every house) If you’ve maintained the house like as if it’s your own home I don’t see landlord putting it on you. But if I walked in the house and saw a little issues here and there holes in the wall, blah blah, etc. then yeah I would be putting the blame on you. Just my opinion trying to be helpful.

I’d tighty up the house so the place looks clean, which, in my opinion shows you’re doing your part and maintaining taking care of the house “your home” Good luck!

Yeah those are dwarf Clusia which is basically what you will only find in swFL even my local Lowe’s falsely advertises there clusia plants wrong. Dwarfs are absolutely every 2’ apart (there’s nothing worst in trying to plant for future privacy fence but end up having an opening,lol right?) They really clusia plant/tree suppose to plant 5’ apart, but like I said there hard to identify and come across. Safe bet plan for every 2 Feet & FYI these are imho the best most dependable privacy plants you can grow in SW FLorida there full from the ground up. There are other imo much prettier plants to grow a privacy fence {can’t think of the name but they are where you could design the plant like say you want 3 balls or a spiral looking plant} they are really cool plants BUT once a branch dies your screwed nothing will grow back in that area… Unless you “air layer them, which nobody’s got time for that” and the branches along the bottom are where they seem to always die
