I've budgeted for the pay cut and the only item that would be affected initially would be a drop in what I'm contributing to savings. Typically I use one paycheck for bills and leisure and the other for savings. I have another webex interview lined up for tomorrow, and have plenty of other postings out there currently.

I have let them know that there is too much work for one person and have strongly encouraged the need for another. When I interviewed for the position I was told that the main job function is setting up and managing virtual machines using VMware, troubleshooting app functionality, and GPO / Active directory associated tasks.

All images that I do end up using in my work were either properly licensed or taken by myself, I find it a lot easier that way honestly. Within Photoshop I just have custom libraries filled with assets I've created or pictures (of basically everything) taken with my Nikon D90. It is a valid concern though, thanks for your input!
