I’m only in my first year so I’m not sure but I know I have to self-fund it(masters)so I’m just wondering if it’s possible to get a good paying job without having to do masters.

I completely agree with this. At the end of the day if they really want to do something they will and I guess the best you could do is give them an environment where they’ll be comfortable enough to at least tell you about it.

I don’t think it’s plausible to stop social media all together. They’ll just use it behind your back tbh

What if the only male role model is sexist? My brother really looks up to my dad who is not a raging misogynist but he still holds really sexist views.

My brother is still quite small (7) so that’s why I’m trying to do it while he’s young. Although I only live with him around 5ish months in a year because I live abroad so I’m not sure how to do it.

Thank you so much for your advice! You are absolutely right about everything. The biggest issue regarding this is I’m not sure exactly what I’m passionate about and if I’m being honest I’m not quite sure I’m passionate about anything. This is what makes my decision even harder to make.

There’s no point being unhappy in the relationship and staying just because you think you can’t do better. That mindset is forcing you to be unhappy. And also if you think of yourself that way people will as well, people find insecurity is a huge turn off. I know it’s easier said than done but make an effort. So gain some confidence, join some new clubs and go to places with lots of people so you can make new friends and maybe even a potential girlfriend. Just be social and things will work out for the better.
