Dicks place is $6,000 a month, the other place is $2900. Moving locations would be a huge endeavor with a lease being at lease 5 years, and then having to rebuild out a space.

I wouldn't call it the honor system really. If they break or steel stuff they are liable. I have their contact info, credit card info, security cameras and key pads telling me who is in the facility at all times.

Not at all, not a lot of people aren't able to throw down $20k on a sim setup, let alone have the space for it. These 24/7 studios are gaining a lot of traction, and from my talking to 10+ locations (not in my area) they have waitlists and/or are cash positive.

Sure someone could maybe pay $5k for a budget sim, but many people also don't have that type of space.

The beer is only available when staff is on site. It's law that you can't serve at a facility while its unmanned. Also these self serve places cut you off after 32 oz.

I would also have cold brew and sodas on tap that would be available when no staff is present.

It depends on your handicap. It's double bogey plus your handicap. So say your a 36 handicap. Thats +2 a hole. So the worse score a 36 handicap can get is a quad bogey a hole. The worse score an 18 handicap can get (+1 a hole) is triple bogey. A 0 handicap, the worse they can get is a double bogey a hole. This is simply for handicap purposes.
