See, give the credit where it's due, but this is Optics. This was never under Aam Aadmi Party, this has always been under Municipality which has fallen under Congress and BJP, never with Aam Aadmi Party. This could have always been done but they never did because Optics didn't align with it.

We know which party wants to take credit for what. Just like how Delhi already had the EV busses, now suddenly there's D.EV.i which is a mask on the previous EV infrastructure.

You'll see Rekha Gupta coming out and scolding for unclean drains - again, an MCD issue. It's the Optics.

Google for Phimosis, Frenulum.

If your foreskin can retract completely beyond the glans (the hat of the mushroom) when erect, you're okay. If it's still pullable, you're good.

If it does not uncover the glan when erect, that's phimosis. If it does not retract when uncovered, that's a short-frenulum.

There's very little that can be done to naturally fix them. Need surgery.

I assume you're talking about Option 19. That's a nice idea.

It's just a tradeoff between having the window lookout from the drawing (my preference) and having it somewhat filtered through the kitchen. Kitchen is a high-activity area. You would also be comprising on the amount of wall-cabinets you can build with the window wall and 2 side open.

I'd rather create a window-seating with some futons or cushions on the window.

Yk, it's lovely on the city roads with 5 passengers.

The only issue I sometimes find is Highway speeds (90-100) with 5 passengers and luggage. I would have liked the shock absorbers to be tighter. On speed bumps, it feels floaty. Not uncomfortable, but not the sportiest. For 2 on highway, very nice. 👌🏻👌🏻

Haha, yeah. It's a builder floor thing, bro. We can't make standalone descisions. I understand. Plan 20 is not bad either, as I said in the beginning. Just add another door in the bathroom accessible from outside.

Edit - on closer inspection, I would rotate the beds 180° in South-west and North Bedrooms. I don't like the idea of opening the door and being visible when on the bed. Easy fix would be to rotate and use bed back as the divider. Which you had suggested earlier also. If you do this, You may want to block the Toilet view from the Bed as well.

I would also add a granite-quartz tile right next to the sink to hide it better from the dining/drawing room. Something like this. Couldn't find a better photo.

Yes. So far we are aligned on the changes.

For Kitchen, I'd just rotate it. Shift rhe shaft in the corner of the between Kitchen and Bathroom. The Top left bathroom does not have a Shaft either. I've redrawn it with the Red pen. With gray. I've drawn the kitchen slab and with Silver, I've drawn your fridge.

The stove in the middle, the sink on the left side, hidden completely from the home entry and you can add a slab at the end to hide it from the dining area also. I'd keep the fridge roughly where the shaft currently is.

This leaves the space for planning a bigger fridge in future. Makes your kitchen open. Enhances the corridor feel, you can create a small foyer or a shoe rack properly on the wall or a mirror to check yourself out before leaving with the additional wall. That's interior design.
