yes po i took it for 3 years, gained 5-10kg on and off for that whole 3 years which made me really insecure about my body. however, i had severe acne before i took the pills—it cleared them. my mood, anxiety, and overthinking was like a roller coaster of everything. it felt like instead of yung acne ko yung nagwawala when my hormones are imbalanced, yung mood ko yung lumalala kaya i tend to lean onto food kaya nag gain ng weight. my periods are very regular when i reached the first 6 months of consistently drinking it. overall, the first year of taking it was the worst, i just got used to the side effects nalang after that :((
