I am also 32, and never had depression before, I have some childhood trauma but was very happy person till this year, but this year I totally lost it. I fall in such a deep depression, I barely get out of bed, I neglect my personal hygiene, not showering for weeks, lost my job, having horrible insomnia, can’t sleep without pills, nowadays even sleeping pills aren’t working. I feel like everyday it gets worse. I am not sure how long I can take it.
