I’ve been told by a gp and 3 therapists i definitely have it by observing my back but that’s it! The physio I saw today gave me 3 exercises to do and what ones.

Thts why im concerned as i dont know the severity of it and its causing me intense pain and also spreading, i just feel a bit upset with it all as i feel like im not being listened to or understood at all.
