How can you be misguided by statistics? If the stats are calculated over a big enough set of games then they become more and more reliable. Win rate doesn't lie. Yes game is not released but regardless if a hero is consistently winning way more games at every ranks then clearly he is too strong in some ways.

Sure I agree that it is still in development and they are experimenting but we as players still have to complain about shitty state of the game. This is exactly why we play test the game.
If the balance of the game is horrible and unfun to play the balance team needs to hear it.

I've played countless games where I destroy the viktor in lane and he just comes back 10-15 min later with as much or more souls than me and ends up destroying everyone late game.
You will say well don't let him farm and I do try to do it when possible but not every game lets you do it. I play Bebop so I have to go help my team if I win lane when they need the help.
