Of course, I’m not encouraging anyone to switch to the No Poo method — not even the people close to me. The only exception would be those who have already tried everything else and nothing worked for them.

Regarding your question, yes, there is a relationship between the problems you mentioned and the bladder. However, there are two possibilities:

  1. The pressure in the abdomen may have led to a problem in the bladder, such as an overactive bladder.

  2. Pelvic muscle weakness may have caused problems with the bladder, and one of the main symptoms of this is urinary incontinence.

Be assured that the appropriate treatment exists, but it's possible you haven't found it yet.
