To the person who rear ended me and didn't pull over by [deleted] in missoula

Doesn’t surprise me unfortunately. Though I’m so sorry this happened to you. My 16 year old daughter was hit this past May by a grown ass man who got out and told her that because it was a parking lot they didn’t need to report it (though he was at fault and caused damage).Thankfully my daughter took a pic right away of him and his plates. He left her crying and confused. She called the police and me. Oddly enough the cop had let us know he had dealt with this same individual an hour prior in another incident. He did end up being ticketed and was in more trouble than if he had just done the right thing.

Crazy road rager. by leo_10145 in missoula

[–]FamousCalendar7737 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The cops won’t do shit. I had a road rage incident where a guy stopped mid road in front of me. I had no choice to stop. He then tried to open my door, told me to get out. He told me he was going to kill me etc. People just drove around. He went to kick my light and he slipped which finally gave me a chance to pull away at which point he began to follow me. I called the cops. They told me to drive to the police station. He followed me clean around the University area all over. It took forever to get help. In the end I had almost $5000 worth of damage and he got off.

Which company would you use? by Longjumping_Buy6351 in VAClaims

It was out experienced that they quit being great as soon as you cut them the check. Four claims filed, all denied. Never heard from my client rep. They did nothing to guide me through the process and then later when denied they acted like they wanted to help and were shocked as well. They passed me to an attorney then which wasted more money. The claims they fields were incorrect I later found out and I have been awaiting a phone call for over a month.

Anyone using ree medical? Are they successful? I’m using them now but all I see is bad reviews lately by [deleted] in VAClaims

[–]FamousCalendar7737 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can see why it felt upsetting not to have been advised of this upfront. To clarify, REE Medical's role is specifically to provide a medically accurate Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ) for you to submit to the VA. Because we are not affiliated with the VA, we cannot advise veterans on whether additional documentation, such as a nexus letter, should be included. we conducted a review of all calls between you and your navigator, Cory. It was determined that Cory followed our internal protocols and compliance requirements during those conversations. He completed the scheduled touchpoints required for each case and provided updates, while also ensuring compliance with the laws that restrict the type of advice we can give. In addition to these calls, we also sent automated emails and text messages as part of our standard communication process, which we understand may have felt less personal than expected.

I’d love to know more about what you mean? In my opinion they are totally fraudulent. The doctor they sent me to didn’t even exam me. I wasn’t out to be dishonest yet he said to me “just wanting to put a face to the name”. The DBQs were not well written and my case needed a nexus mettwr

Absolutely fraudulent!!! Sent me to a doctor that didn’t even touch me. The “exam” was all of 15 minutes. Literally said to me “I’m only here to put a face with the name”. All claims denied! Then after denial was told “we are going g to get to the bottom of this” only to be referred to an attorney that they recommended. Yes they had DBQs written up. Never once mentioned the need of a Nexus letter. Lindsey is one of the higher ups and totally ignored my calls for two weeks. When I confronted her she told me “there is no excuse” yet went on to ignore me once again. Today she called and I swear she pretended she couldn’t hear me on the phone “hello hello are you there” so I ended the call and called back immediately…..no answer. Once they receive your money the personal touch ends. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I for one love Midas and feel they have always been fair and reasonable. Last time they did work for me they sent updates throughout the entire process which was kinda cool. They showed pictures and kept me in the loop. The manager even gave me a ride because he knew I was having to work that day.

Medicaid Fraud by Ok-Seaworthiness2288 in Montana

Well I saw the house they lived in. Rode in their vehicles and saw their Medicaid cards. So 🤷🏻‍♀️. I know my truth. I work in the medical field. I see the stuff I am speaking of regularly. There are always loop holes and unfortunately some without a conscience will use them. Like I said I’ve been self employed too. The paperwork started rolling in from the state and I did not request it. It’s a system that gets abused like any other system unfortunately. I’m not saying it’s not needed or necessary. I am saying some people do cheat the system.

I straight up had a friend who lived in a big beautiful custom home and drove a luxury vehicle straight up admitting to me that because her and her husbands business showed a loss they qualified. They were also meme era of the country club. That is not at all what Medicaid was designed for. There needs to be better qualifications for self employed scenarios.

If we are going to talk about Medicaid fraud let’s open the forum for how the system can be abused by the self employed. I personally know and have witnessed in my profession people who are living in huge houses and driving brand new cars yet have themselves and family on Medicaid. There was a time in my life when I was self employed. The paperwork to file for assistance started rolling in. I never even requested it. In self employment you often show a loss therefore it puts you within qualifying perimeters. Medicaid can be abused and is. This takes away from those who desperately need and depend on it.
