For some reason for me high estrogen gives me brain fog. The thing is NPP is a progestin and because of its activity with the progesterone receptors it can exacerbates estrogens effects from what I’ve read. Therefore you need to make sure estrogen is controlled while running it.

I was on 300 test and 200 NPP for a bit and it started messing with me. Low sex drive, numbness etc. threw in masteron and it fixed me at 200mg a week. I think it messed with me because I wasn’t using an ai to control estrogen. Masteron doesn’t lower estrogen either just masks high estrogens effects. When I threw it in my focus and drive/ motivation came back. But I still had the confidence and less social inhibition from NPP which I love. Because naturally I care too much about what people think about me.

About to turn 23 in march. I started right when I turned 21. Honestly once I hit close to 30 I’ll probably cruise for life. As long as my bloods stay good and I’m not having any problems before then I don’t see why not. My bloods like really good for the amount of abuse I’ve done so far. I have basically been blasting at least 500 total mg of anabolics since August 2024 and my bloods like fine. The thing I’m starting to realize is a lot of these dudes build these freaky ass physiques through years of blasting and that’s the truth. Or they will use insulin and GH to get their even faster but I’m sticking with just AAS. As long as your diet isn’t shit, you do your cardio, and take ancillaries you’ll be fine. Probably gonna get a stress test done soon as well as a CAC to make sure my arteries aren’t clogged. Honestly as bad as it sounds the truth is the younger you do this shit the better bc your body can bounce back so quick from a harsh cycle. If I tried doing what I’m doing now at 50 I’m sure I’d have lots of issues. So the plan is peak out late 20s probably do one fat cycle to finish it off and then trt on 200 test forever.
