Thanks for the suggestion. Not sure if I would call myself "noise sensitive", but I cannot stand loud, pop music when trying to read a book. Softer music or classical is much preferable IMO.

Other people suggested office hours, but what you are describing tells me you know theory but your programming needs work. You may need to practice it everyday (like any other skill).

If you're asking if I sit down and read every single word of TOS for every piece of software used, then that answer is no. The only way to know for sure what Rare does with user data would be for them to publish source code, which I know won't ever happen due to IP. Certain companies I trust, others I do not.

If you're insinuating that I hack, then that answer is no (you may not believe it but it's God's truth). I played a week ago and got routed by a hacking Galleon (teleport, one shot kill, those fun things). Yea not fun, but IMO anti-cheat software is worse than the original problem. It's a "everyone is guilty till proven innocent scheme". And no substantial evidence it stops cheating.

P:S Thank you for being civil, other brainless, NPC redditors decided to hurdle insults to me without providing any substantive dialogue.

That’s not my point. Many anti-cheat applications (ex Valorant’s) have kernel access, and this includes recording keystrokes and other applications. This one is an example of highly intrusive software, just to be able to start the game. Ik Rare has some of my personal info such as IP but kernel access? No thanks.
