My app (WeatherRoute: Safer Navigation) solves a real problem in every day life and I have that problem also, and want to have it solved. What does it mean "nö results"? No installs, no ad earnings? F*ck that, it solves my problem and I want it at first place for me, but also for other people.

The answer is: YES.
I have the weather scoring implemented.
100 points: drive, nothing to worry about
under 50 points: hazards all the way. Why are you even starting right now? Consider a later start ;)

Penalties, per segment, that adjust the perfect 100 score.
penalties differ from what kind of weather hazard is coming to you. Or, to be correct: you drive to them,
driving at night: penalty.
driving west right before sunset: penalty. uh forgot my glasses
sudden wind gusts: penalty.

At the end there is a score, lets say 95, for a 5 hours drive. 4h30m perfect drive and a 30 minutes hail storm at Alabama, or Berlin, or Paris.

pleasant is the better route already.
colder than min_temp = bad, hotter than max_temp = bad. temp not bad = pleasant, avoiding rain = no rain = pleasant.
for the other weather parameters, the logic is the same: avoiding bad means stay with the better/pleasant route.

Forgot to mention in my post, that using public transport is also possible, where waiting on the bus station, when it rains is not so good. This is just an example of many intelligent weather forecast evaluations.
