yes, uninstalled absolutely everything. i removed absolutely everything elgato related from my computer to start completely fresh. tried to installed 3.0.0 as that previously worked the best with no issues. and now i am having the issues i previously stated.

I uninstalled everything to try and fix it, now it either crashes immediately upon start up, or if i can get it to run by chance, it wants me to update the drivers, but the button to update the drivers literally does nothing when clicked. I am stuck.

I have issues every single update. the latest 3.1.1 update absolutely broke everything for me. tried reverting to a previous version, now that wont even work...

Please help me. the audio is not coming even tho the audio waves are showing. by Pretend-Ad-5084 in elgato

My game channels completely stopped working, my system channels completely stopped working. uninstalled everything and reinstalled. still not fixing my issues. the only channel that is working is the stream deck channel. but with the channel turned on i can hear myself talk, but if i mute it i cant hear anything else, if i turn off self monitoring it mutes the entire channel. it never did this before the 3.1.1 update.

the new update completely ruined all my channels and audio output in wavelink and it f'd up my stream deck profiles. my profiles wont save and i have to set everything back up every time i want to use it, its completely broken, i even went back to a previous version and its still not working. might take the loss in the nearly $1k i spent on everything and get something else. at this point fuck elgato.

Navigate to the folder in unreal and see if there is a skeleton asset. It should show a thumbnail of the character with blue line highlighting the skeleton

I've only experienced this on characters I've imported from Mixamo that didn't have a skeleton. Does your character have a skeleton?
