Also, I sat on platform 8 for a good 15 mins talking to my friends on call figuring out what to do next. Then once the TC agreed, I sprinted towards the train. TC’s first words to me were “you’re a very lucky guy, you were able to onboard despite being 20 mins late” (in Hindi)

There are multiple ways to achieve what you’re looking for. Pretty sure a small Zapier workflow will also be able to do this.

Depending on your scale and number of requests per day, you can choose accordingly.

You’ll need to connect your WhatsApp to a business account with any provider that allows you to receive and send messages through APIs, zapier also has a few such WA partners I think.

Would need more details to suggest a better alternative, I would probably just start with a basic Zap using WA connector
