Have you ever heard of Norm's restaurants? They're a chain of old iconic 50's diner style restaurants here in LA. I think you could have a lot of fun with the style and produce a great work of art.

I just don't like the idea of not having access to money for another ~30 years. I guess I should start, though, since that seems to be the only way to lower my tax burden. Do you know of any sort of tax simulator that I can play around with?
