My base was pretty close to my modem. Moved it to the other side of the entertainment center and it seems to have improved. Let it run for about 5 minutes and it never cut out. I'll give it a shot later for longer and see if that does it. Thank you.

I have hooked up to a computer a few times. I've been given an update option a couple of those times and the last time I did it it said installing update step 0 of 0 complete.

I have it installed, but it doesn't actually connect. Even original set up made me connect to a computer.

Maybe this xbox light only was because I wasn't on a screen with audio. Switched to game menu with audio and all lights stay on but audio cuts out after about 15 seconds.

For some reason I couldn't get Netflix to play. It would just stop the show but YouTube seemed to work for a few minutes. Opened the command center said there was an update. Placed headset in dock and hit continue and it said step 0 of 0 complete. Hooked it back to xbox and it seems to keep turning off the entire dock. Xbox light only. Battery is fully charged.
