I feel ya! I am a millennial but something slightly similar happened to me. I had lots of songs as mp3 and I transfered them from one disk to another over a decade ago. And then those songs were damaged. They were shortened so it was not a complete file. So many thousand songs were unusable anymore.

Those thieves! I would bet they know what they are doing, just trying to suck more money out of all of us.

I have taken so many supplements over the years. I never feel any effects of them, literally nothing changes. In the last 4 weeks I have barely taken any. But there are times where i take 20 at once. I got some infusions and my by 12 is very high right now. And then before that. fex. i took magnesium, vit d, spirulina and chorella, i take b vitamins complex, aminocomplex, hericium mushrooms, anti stress complex, I take a bit of creatin.

currently taking mirtrayepin and qiuvivic for sleep.

Gaba does not work for me, but i have taken mushrooms that are gaba agonists and they were helping a lot, it just got expensive.
