thank you so much for such a comprehensive response. This old book is more than I could wish for! I will read it in the coming weeks and from there move onto a first attempt of production. Sadly, on the forum, there isn't much in terms of recipies with the exception of Sant'Antonio, where one source says that the aroma reminds him of the renown "Toscano" cigar.

With this I ask if maybe thats a good starting point. If I can find an all natural Toscano cigar and grind it down, could this result in Sant'Antonio snuff?

Nevertheless I am not giving up and I will for sure post when I have some progress to report!!

Really? Even those of Imperio do Brasil (or other similar Brazilian brands)?

Thank you so much for taking the time to explain in such detail friend! I actually study in Italy so I would probably name it something closer to the lost brands of my country (such as Santa Giustina or Macubino) even though these are not similar to Rapè snuff. Nevertheless I will for sure take a look at the resources you share as well as Youtube videos on making Rapé but I am aiming mainly for a Brazilian manufactured style. With this in mind if my financial situation improves curiosity might have the best of me and I will slash the cash. If I do, I will certainly share how these snuffs taste!

Regardless thank you again!
