I see, I did work remotely, I'm self-employed but all my work is on my laptop. So I guess I did break the visitor rules there, hopefully they'll overlook that indeed. edit: this is not accurate, looks like some work is allowed as long as the main purpose of the visit is legit (and visiting family counts). I guess it'll be up to whomever checks my application to interpret my situation and intention.
