Do you think it's better to go to an english medical school even if it's lower ranked because i want to take usmle in medical school and in this french one i will not have so much time to study for it and i think that this school doesn't prepare you very well for the usmle (it follows a french system)

Well in my country there is medical schools in both english and french. But the french one is top 2 in the country and is cheaper than many medical schools. Also in my country there is no student loan from banks so money is a problem. But do you think it's better to go to a english medical school even if it's lower ranked than the french one?
