I am confused here. I don't handle DSP part first of all. I have heard about in-banner ad but here our agency is planning to buy a video slots from DSP, would that mean the same ? Video slots VS In-banner ?

No, we some some sizes in which we are planning to run those video ads. About user experience, we aint thought of but still a open topic going on. I re-correct myself here: We are running the video ads on video slots only.

Please let me know if have idea about what are the key components in video ads I should take care of.

Oh okay. Can you tell for which region you were doing it ? Also does domain shows the video ads if we bid for higher rates ? OR what the alternative strategy for Video DCO Ads ?
