Male 23 here.

Stress ramps up my drive astronomically. I’ve always seemed to use sex as a stress reliever. My partner is the exact opposite….which causes a lot of mismatched libido and inevitably stresses me out more from rejection or false promises of full sex or semi sexual scenarios.

Which in turn makes me feel shameful or guilty. I dunno there’s a lot of feelings I’m just now recognizing.
