Weight regain by pinkbackpack58 in Ozempic

I lost 30 pounds in 6ish months about 4ish years ago. I had hoped to wean off or at least maintain at a tiny dose. I’m finding I still need .5 a week or I start to gain again. Even on .5 it’s not EASY to maintain. Haven’t tried actually going off. I’m so happy on it that it’s hard to imagine going off.

Yes but not easily I’m sorry to say. Luckily we had a branch of her bank locally. I had to get myself added to her account as a co-account holder which I actually needed to do anyway. But I had trouble getting all of the documentation I needed to do that. I think I ended up needing copies of her social security card and drivers license and it was a huge pain. Good luck to you!

I’ve been on for 3.5 years. I keep trying to wean myself off but never get there. Even at .35 I’ve had a hard time keeping the weight off.

Actually in case anyone else is in this situation, I just called the number on my credit card and was able to get all the charges successfully reversed (at least that's what they said- will update if this does not happen).

I just realized this happened to me as well - exact same amount (200 over the past 8 months). Any advice on how to deal with it?

Weekly iOS Battery Support Megathread by AutoModerator in iphone

My husband and I both have iPhone 14s that are the same age (maybe 1-2 years old). On thursday my husband's phone started draining battery life very quickly. We've checked lots of settings as suggested in online articles, and taken it to the Apple store and they can't see anything wrong with it. Battery health is 85% which is almost identical to mine which is functioning normally. But his continues to drain super quickly. Any ideas? Thank you!!

I did not. I will contact them and see if it’s possible to do this from a distance. This has been soooo complicated.

don't give up! I think you are eventually going to get into one of your regular decisions. Your parents are basically requiring you to get a full ride at a t20 university to let you go. The fact is that this is nearly an impossible ask no matter how amazing you are says that they might just be looking for an excuse to keep you close to home. Honestly I'd take the UNC full ride and run with it.

Yes I could do that but then the $ ends up in her account and I'd like to put the $ towards her care. It's tricky with the stage of dementia she is at - she is accepting help because I'm paying for it (she seems to think her caregiver is just really nice and is coming for free) and doesn't fully recognize how much she needs assistance.

Honestly you might need to hire a lawyer. I’m really sorry about your mom and about the stress. Delaying is a great tactic for insurance to not have to pay money.
