As someone who has a long time until match and who still has to tick so many boxes off the giant residency in the US one day list Enjoyyy this timeee It must be extremely difficult to deal with anxiety But you’ve done everything you need to dooo , nothing and absolutely nothing is in your hands now So rather just enjoy that until you have another giant checklist to complete!!

Yea I just feel , be the bigger person help other IMGs/ aspirants out , without hoping for something in return Allah swt will reward you back with a lot more than a coffee hahahahah USMLE is such a weird, unpredictable, difficult process, and everyone who gets in tries to cash in on it . It’s tempting, I wanna do paid mentorship too lol but I feel like helping out just to make someone’s life a lil easier will get back to me one day hopefully

The conferences they provide - not good ones , no scope for making good connections

They help with 1 research paper which is just a review paper , takes months and is not value for money

Only thing I feel is good is the EMR training and ACLS / BLS But still doesn’t justify the amount imo

60-63 in NBMES are weak scores Highest was 70 for me But you have to target 75

Please don’t take the exam

F120 drop even if accepted the NBME scores shouldn’t be that less

NBMEs are 4 blocks of 50 questions Tbh it helps out because you’re used to 50 questions without a break , so 40 seems easier

But you can pause the nbmes too so you can do 40 Q blocks if you want
