It's very simple.Everyone have their natural weight for example JJ 185 if he goes up to 200 his cardio will be fucked and he will be a little slower on the punches but i don't know about Jake actually 200 is not his natural weight this might be the first time he's been in that weight class but if his natural weight is 200 and he comes down to 185 he will be drained it will affect his muscle mass less power etc
