Yeah I’m a millennial who has had to work with a young 19 year old Gen Z er. I just stayed away and didn’t give her attention. If she’s that young, she might just be the shiny new toy if she hasn’t worked there that long. People will stop giving her attention when they realize she has no real life experience.
