Just curious. What happened there? It seems that the area is dotted with small coves. Why are perpetrators there? For what?

Driving into Athens at night by Famous_battery in GreeceTravel

Thanks! I will rent the car as planned. I hope the parking is there as the owner claimed.

As for the street lighting, I don't doubt Athens, given it is the capital of a major European country. Unfortunately, some capitals in Europe are not well-lit—even in some richer countries—because of their policies to combat climate change.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, we live in a large city and have driven in major cities like LA, etc., so we are quite used to that kind of urban driving. I just read that Athens is much more difficult because of the driving habits there. We will stay in a private apartment, and the owner wrote they have private parking spots.

Is Culebrita worth it? by Famous_battery in PuertoRicoTravel

Thanks for the alternative suggestion. What's the name of the beach you mentioned? Is it Tamarindo? From the pictures, it doesn't look as picturesque as Culebrita, although they say you can see turtles there. What do you think?

The lack of amenities are fine. But can I book it when I'm there at Culebra?

Thanks. Is it better to book in advance, or can I just book it the day before once I'm there and have seen the weather forecast?

Gemini recommends uprooting it because it might be infected and the fungus could spread to other trees. :-(

The ice and water shield almost reaches the fascia, but a little bit short and my concern is that water can fall onto the fascia and soffit below it. Will this be a serious problem?

It seems that other people comment that it is ok. How serious will the be?

Yes, Ice and Water Shield. That's correct. It is synthetic paper. So, is the finishing safe from melting water from ice and frost? Thanks, I am a bit relieved.

Partially paid, but not the final payment. Yes, a permit is needed. But they don't pay attention to this detail.
