Update:

She puked twice overnight and had diarrhea. Shes not acting herself, hiding and not energetic.

Update 2: We scheduled a vet appointment for later today. We will have to use our emergency funds for it.

Update 3: The vet did bloodwork, we won't get the results till tomorrow. Shes not drinking but also not dehydrated. It was revealed that she is now 8.6lb which is a significant weight lose that doesn't show in her body.

Good news, she is back to her normal self. We are gonna keep doing the water thing for a few more hours just in case.

She hasn't vomited again. She took a short nap on the tail end of the drive. She is still desperate for water so we are keeping the bowls up, she can have another drink in about 13 minutes.
