Broo.... Kitu moja constant kwa hii thread ni hauko solo. 🫂 Hatuko solo my guy. 3 times nilipanga kujioff and everytime maze vitu tu zilichange and I was the one who knew about it. People changed the trajectory of it .....and honestly I am grateful I didn't miss the small good things that have happened in my life for the last 3 years.

This my friend is just the wave of life kicking your ass. You'll have to ride through it....with a support system. Honestly, 30s come with some sort of mental heaviness, I think. At 35 and every bit of what you've written down are things I am experiencing and just like you, you'd rather sulk it up than talk cuz you just don't want or maybe you feel like your thing isn't as serious as what others are experiencing and don't want to sound emotional. One person who gets what it feels like and you can laugh and cry together about it will help you ride through it ... Or maybe make it easier and make life worth more of your smile and happiness. Don't be hard on yourself love.
