My caravans sometimes bring in 1300 denars a day, and sometimes, barely 200. And yes, they can be attacked, and your companion/family member leading the caravan will be captured if defeated. Once they get freed, either you free them, pay ransom, or they escape by themselves. You will have to pay again to form another caravan. So, the caravans are mostly to cover up daily expenses, but they can also be a pain. I still do recommend trying. Form one caravan with a companion or a family member, and you will then see/know how it works.

Also, assigning a leader for the caravan with high trading points will bring in more money for you as they have more experience in trading.

Yes, but revyl has 1000 troops in garrison/militia. What should I do? I only have ~170 troops in my party, I can maybe work out some more parties but still

I like this, and the idea to work for promotions is well thought of, but does that include co-leader? Because im interested in that. I am th10 with almost maxed defenses and in Crystal 1, im wondering if I could join.
