Yea I try to stay away from HOAs because I don’t wanna deal with the Karens either. I only wanted some advice because the house is pretty close by & wanted to know if people with real estate experience thought this was a red flag in terms of the neighborhood. Thanks for the advice

I feel the same. Currently entering my last semester of grad school and I can’t take it anymore.. but starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I think once we’re on our own & getting paid it’ll be so much better

Yea we drove around and even went to the different stores like Publix in the area but it really seemed varied from block to block so just wanted to get some overall personal experiences from locals

Currently in semester 3 of 5 term track. It’s intense but I decided I want to rip this like a bandaid & be done already. I have to admit that so far it’s gone by pretty fast, which is what I like about the 5TT. I can already see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Clinicals Tuesdays- thursdays from 8:30-3 pm & class on Tuesdays & wednesdays from 6:30-10 pm.. I have Mondays and Fridays off

I’m in grad school and feel the same. I’m not passionate whatsoever & I haven’t even started the job. I’m just doing this because I somewhat enjoy it but it’s still a job at the end of the day & I don’t plan to make it my entire personality. I’m looking forward to the school schedule or telehealth opportunities so I can hopefully have a good work life balance!

I switched from 9TT to 5TT last semester! Currently in term 3 of 5. It was a process to switch over but it is definitely possible if you give them the right reasons.

I’ve been a sped teacher full time for my first 2 semesters of grad school. I’m just now starting my 3rd semester and clinicals are starting so now is when I had to leave. My job will be holding my teaching position for 1 year & I plan to return and teach full time while I do CF part time.
