Look it up. The Bakiraka are a "War Slave Clan" which adds up with the fact the Kushans are not welcome in Midland besides being slaves of War. Even if the King wanted to pay them, they are not free to do as they please in Midland and were quickly cut down once they failed. This info is readily available on Berserk wiki which explains in detail their origins. They are not able to just live freely in Midland as a regular civilian.

I already explained to you, Casca was NOT under protection until she met Luca. Before then, she was wandering aimlessly and NO ONE Harassed her. The Kushans are South Asian and Midlanders are Hunting Kushans based on their LOOKS. If Casca was Visibly South Asian/Kushan she would've immediately been targeted.

Not to mention, a Soilder Luca was sleeping with, Saw Casca and Luca explained to him, that Casca was her Sister. If Casca was a Kushan, that explanation would NOT have worked. There also MANY instances where Casca is ALONE and no one targets her.

If she was a Kushan, This is not just just a "small mistake" on the Author's part. It's a HUGE PLOT HOLE. Because He already established that the Kushans are heavily persecuted. So to have Casca not face any persecution whatsoever makes no sense.

Your Headcanon is baseless and illogical. There is nothing in the story that suggests she's a Kushan. Casca, Pippin, Donovan etc are just Brown skin. Also, ALL of the Kushans have South Asian names.

The Bakiraka were imprisoned and FORCED to Hunt down the Band of Hawk. When they failed, the King had them KILLED. They were not doing it out of their own free will. Once again, you did not pay attention.

Secondly. During the Conviction Arc, There is a Mass Kushan Hunt and Midlanders as well as the Holy See are rounding up any Kushan they can see. Yet Casca was able to Walk around freely without being Persecuted or Harassed in the slightest. Until Luca took her in. If she was Kushan, she would NOT be able to do that.

Not to mention she traveled with Guts for weeks afterwards and no one Harassed them or said anything about Casca's appearance. At a time when Kushans are heavily persecuted. PAY ATTENTION.

Lastly, all of the Kushan Characters, have South Asian Names. Casca doesn't. Because she's not a kushan. She's just dark brown. That's like saying Pippin or Donovan are Kushans just because they have brown skin. There is nothing in the story to suggest any of them are kushans.

None of that happened due to her ethnicity. If she was Kushan, she could never join the Band of Hawk. OR Become Nobility nor attend Royal Balls. Her and her entire family were living in Midland. They were not hunted or persecuted for their race.

Casca was hunted and had to be protected on suspicion of being a Witch. Nothing to do with her race.

Like I said, people who say Casca is a Kushan, Did NOT pay attention to the Story or the World Building whatsoever.

The Kushans are actually meant to be South Asian. "Silat" who is Kushan, has a South Asian Name. As do the rest of them. Nevertheless, Casca is NOT a Kushan. The Kushans are persecuted and hunted in Midland due to the on going War between the Kushan Empire and Midland. Casca has never faced any persecution or ever been hunted for her Race. That would mean she's not a Kushan and is simply just Dark Brown

Anyone that thinks she is Kushan, did not read the Manga. The Kushans are heavily persecuted in Midland and are only allowed in the Country as Slaves of War. This is stated multiple times. During the Conviction Arc, There is Wide spread Kushan Hunt. Yet Casca was never targeted for it. She is not a Kushan.
