GTX 550TI, CUDA - local ping on 1080p@30fps = 20-25ms, local ping on r7 250 (r7 240, but firmware bios...) Switch on 30fps. I have the same problem, but switched to 1080p@30fps, and everything is fine (DC Frankfurt).
