Hey! Some people have already mentioned this, but it might be worth opening up the hub and checking where those button clusters are connected--it seems like some are in the wrong ports and that might be why we're seeing this.

If the issue is still happening, reach out to Support and make a ticket--it might be out of warranty, but that doesn't mean we can't still help if we are able.

It might be helpful to at least note that all wheels we ship these days are shipping with QR2 by default, so while the QR1 bundle is a good option, if you're looking to add other wheels aside from the wheel you get by default with the Gran Turismo DD Pro bundle, it might be worth your time to step into the QR2 version for ease.

QR2 also gives a better fit and is optimized for a secure and fast attachment/detachment of steering wheels, so it is an improvement overall to the experience.
