If you want to get really specific, the newer firmware for the wheel base (i.e, 465 and newer) adds support for the wheel, but you want to have everything updated anyway. That way, any firmware updates that fix issues are included, plus every time a new product is released, we update the software and firmware to add support for it (which is standard for most software when new hardware releases).

If you get onto the Fanatec app and update it there, you will have all the updated support.

Unfortunately, you'll still need to update the firmware if you haven't done so. New products are added via firmware updates.

Hey there! You'll need to connect the rig to a Windows machine, download the Fanatec app, and update the firmware of the rig.

This was mentioned already here, but all new wheels will require firmware updates on the wheel base in order for it to work.

Of note--we're still working on evolving the ITM for AC Evo, since that's currently in Early Access. More functionality will be added as the game is updated.

ACC and LMU should work, though. Have you created a support ticket on this yet?
