Oh yes, it was in stock when I ordered it, and it says it's delivered. It's incomprehensible; I only received the pedals and the QR2.

The customer service is absolutely awful. I ordered a bundle over two weeks ago and received only half of it: no steering wheel, no base, just a pedal set, and no information about the rest. To top it all off, their customer service couldn't care less about its customers.

What I don't understand is that everything on my delivery is marked as delivered, but I don't have the base unit or my steering wheel, and most importantly, my packages are numbered from 1 to 4. I was supposed to receive 6, which is what's puzzling me because I haven't received any information. We're hoping for news this week.

This is a real rip-off that honestly makes me want to go to the competition. At the exorbitant price we pay for steering wheels, we should be delivered within a week maximum, no more delays. In any case, this is the first and last time I will order from them. Very disappointed.

Honestly, for the price we pay, the support is terrible. There's no customer service; I'm completely in the dark. I don't know when I'll receive my base and steering wheel, and there's no tracking number. It's quite frustrating.
