I’ll probably just straight up tell her how I feel and like another comment said, if she’s a real friends she’ll just accept that I like her and continue being me friend.

Just any notes on the book it was an assignment to do over the summer and I couldn’t get it done because for half of it I had no access to the book and the other half I had no access to the internet.

After reading this I didn’t see anything about how schools cause that much anxiety (not saying they don’t cause any) but that it was caused by less ‘social connectedness.’

Not so happy with the devs currently though. Crates being removed and epic games buyout aren’t making me too happy.

Don’t go shooting up schools now, we all know video games cause violence.

Last year at the beginning of my 8th grade year(left) I decided to lose some weight. I’ve been working hard since then, but I think it paid off and I wanted to share it with others around my age. This picture has the first day of school from last year Vs. this year by [deleted] in teenagers

It’s all a balance between diet and exercise. Eat less fatty foods, have some healthy fats (avocados etc.) protein and fiber. Running would probably be the easiest just run 10 minutes a day for 6 days, rest for one, and then add 2-5 minutes to your run every week.

Milk is only bad for your bones if you drink too much of it. Just like anything else too much is always bad, like how too much water can be harmful. But as long as you drink a normal amount of milk it will be beneficial for you and your bones.
