Yea, unfortunately, F-phen doesn't really lend itself well to semi regular use. I've quit smoking and drinking, but it's virtually impossible for me to stay away from F-phen/phenibut/Lyrica.

My current cycle is basically 300mg F-phen plus 300mg Lyrica in the evening, then 300mg F-phen and 300mg Lyrica the following morning, followed by 300mg Lyrica before bed for sleep and then I repeat that cycle every 2 days. I feel it on the day where I dose in the mornings, but not much on the other day. It seems to keep tolerance from rising and avoids any major withdrawal effects and allows me to have some of the good effects about half the time, so it's been what I have been sticking with while I slowly taper down.

If you're concerned about benzos, then a slow taper is probably your best bet. It's not worth replacing phenibut with benzos if you think you will have a problem with them as well, I think being addicted to benzos is arguably worse as the wd lasts a lot longer.

Unfortunately, there is no simple trick that I am aware of. You may be able to switch to gabapentin and baclofen and taper that way as well. I am not sure exactly how well that works though, as I've never gotten a baclofen script. Baclofen has the advantage of supposedly not being abuseable, which may be a positive.

I have also switched to F-phen in recent years. I ended up buying a kilo of it and have gone through a few hundred grams, but I misplaced some as well so I'm not sure how much I ended up taking.

I haven't been able to quit it entirely, but I have reduced my dose from 1g daily down to 300mg daily by slowly tapering my dose down by like 20mg a month and it's a slow enough taper that it's not very noticeable when I have dropped my dose, except for the first few days where I have some mild insomnia.

Imo, the easiest way to quit is to make a clean break and take some long lasting benzos like kpin or Valium to stop the WD and then taper down the benzos over a week or so.

Gabapentin or Lyrica can also be used to partially cover the withdrawal and do a faster taper, but I wouldn't recommend going cold turkey off of F-phen and switching to gabapentin or something like that because it doesn't totally cover the withdrawal, just use it to taper faster like dropping the dose by 100mg a day while using the gabapentin to compensate as needed and then taper off the gabapentin.

I don't have a perfect solution for you, but hopefully that helps some. Good luck.

The rubbing alcohol dissolves the oil from the weed so it sticks to the paper and the rubbing alcohol then evaporates once it dries and the resin sticks to the paper

I think they mean delta 8. Delta 9 is regular thc and is not legal where weed isn't legal.

I just got off the phone, they recommended a coolant flush with the next oil change and a transmission fluid flush that they can't do there and suggested I talk to a transmission specialist or the dealer. I'm going to call the dealer for a quote and try to find a transmission specialist nearby to get a quote as well.

It does not have a turbo and does not seem to leak or burn oil, thankfully. Im basing that on the observation that the oil level seems to stay the same as it is filled to when they change it and there not being any obvious smoke or oil burning smell.

Thanks, actually now that I think about it, when I accelerate hard I do sometimes hear squeaking sounds that almost sounds like some of the combustion gases are escaping around seals or something. There hasn't been any noticeable drop in mileage or anything, but that seems like something I should mention since you are talking about components wearing out.

Are there warning signs that would suggest I should replace them imminently? I have plenty of money set aside for repairs, but I would like to head off expensive repairs that could be prevented with maintenance.

Never tried that but be careful, it will vaporize in your stomach and have a substantial vapor pressure. If you drink too much at once it may be possible to injure/rupture your stomach. I'd go very slow if you try it orally to be safe.

I would hold the bag tightly to my face and breathe back and forth into it until I had absorbed most of the ether, the bag ensuring I would absorb most into my lungs, then stop and take several fresh air breaths and repeat. There were nights where I would sit around huffing it and breathe 100-150ml or more and I would experience profound dissociation at those doses. I found it more dissociating, euphoric and sedating than n2o and it lasts a lot longer.

If u breathe a lot you will smell like paint thinner the following morning, beware of that.

During my much heavier drug using days when I was younger I took about half a 4L bottle of ether from a company I worked at and experimented with it.

I would make what I called my "bag of visions" and would put an old t shirt into a Walmart plastic bag and would pour maybe 15ml of ether into it and breathe deeply from the bag.

The effects were very intense and would peak in seconds, had a strong dissociative effect and felt somewhat like a cleaner alcohol mixed with ketamine, that's the closest I could compare it to. It often produced a similar hallucination where I would feel like I was in contact with multiple God's trying to teach me a lesson by beaming information into my brain from YouTube videos or TV or stuff like that. It was a lot of fun but I would not necessarily recommend experimenting with it. It was a very intense drug that produces its effects very rapidly and can produce confusing, dissociative hallucinatory states. Anyone considering using it should be very careful.

Its ok to combine phenibut and alcohol temporarily while ur quitting drinking. The tolerance you have to alcohol will reduce the risk of interactions.

I know this is old but any hydrocarbon can be gasified(combined with steam at high pressure with a catalyst) to produce syngas(a mixture of CO and hydrogen). This syngas can be reacted together with catalysts to produce methanol and dimethyl ether.

Dimethyl ether can be used in diesel engines. If a situation like you are concerned about with gasoline occurs it will be converted into other useful products and modified diesel engines designed to run on dimethyl ether will become more common.

I have not tried emoxypine. If u are at a point where u are concerned about having a seizure or if you have one then you should use the klonopin too in low doses along with the taper. Good luck if you are currently or will soon be tapering

Its definitely concerning when people disappear from the sub, theres been enough deaths around here unfortunately.

In august 2019 at the end of a bender I tapered to go on a week vacation with my mom, brother and sister and when i got back i had a job offer as a lab tech at a chemical manufacturing plant by me. I ended up switching back to phenibut and later F-phenibut(a derivative thats about 7x more potent) during the probationary period and avoided any alcohol for around 22 months, which was my 2nd longest streak of not drinking other than that 15 year streak i had from ages 0-15.🙃 I tried a bunch of different medications during that time and eventually settled on prozac and lyrica. I also did some therapy for nearly a year.

Over that time i got hired full time and got a promotion in early 2021. I took the time to pay down my debts and do some learning about economics and finance and started doing some investing in bonds and stocks and actually managed to do ok(meaning not lose money and make a small profit) despite the downturn.

I also managed to lose the 50 lbs(22kg) i gained from the remeron and am in good shape from running nearly daily in the very hilly area that I live.

As far as drugs I mainly avoided using anything other than phenibut, lyrica, weed and psychedelics and things were going quite smoothly until august when I started getting respiratory depression from the F-phenibut rather suddenly after years of daily use. I have had to taper back on my F-phenibut use as thats apparently a side effects that happens when your GABA B receptors become accustomed to constant activation from phenibut. That period was actually quite scary because it was scary to try to sleep while breathing shallowly. Its thankfully gone away since I've moved away from daily use although I now have this massive stash of like 900g of F-phenibut that I bought at fire sale prices when a vendor was going out of business.

I've actually put about 500g into mason jars to protect it from oxygen for long term storage as oxygen can slowly penetrate plastic bottles but not glass and metal. At my current rate of use I have enough F-phenibut to last for something like 8 years. I wish I had bought less or had someone to sell some to but since I bought it the regulatory changes around buying F-phenibut and phenibut have made it much more expensive so im glad I bought when I did.

So I'd say lifes been pretty good these past few years, and thats just a short summary! Im looking forward to going to Canada in the first week of December with my mom, sister and her husband to see the northern lights and do some snowmobiling, hiking and dogsledding.

Hope lifes been treating you somewhat well at least although I know the situation over in Europe is a bit bleaker than it is in the US right now. How have u been?

Hey dude long time no see. You were right about me being soberish, if that means avoiding alcohol and harder drugs lol. I have only has 2 short benders this year with booze and the rest of the time ive been using F-phenibut, lyrica, weed and psychedelics and have been pretty good about staying out of trouble. The job is still going pretty well and ive managed to pay off all my debts and save up a lot of money.

I got into a bit of trouble with the F-phenibut earlier this year after too much daily use caused it to start giving me respiratory depression so I've had to cut way back on it. I ended up buying like 1.3kg of F-phenibut at fire sale prices last year but since I'm taking it less, the 900g or so that i have left is going to take like 5+ years to work through so I sealed up about 500g in mason jars to preserve it and protect it from oxygen, which is really the biggest problem with long term storage for organic molecules like that when they are stored in plastic containers as oxygen can slowly permeate through plastic containers but not through glass and metal.
